Degree in Law from the Autonoma University of Madrid. D.E.S.S. (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées) en Droit Communautaire des Affaires (Community Business Law) Renée Descartes University (Paris V). Preparation for public examinations for the Body of State Solicitors.

He has completed higher studies in the Faculty of Economics at the National University of Distance Education and studied accounting and financial mathematics at the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF) in Madrid.

He has worked as a lecturer of Civil Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

As a practising solicitor, he has extensive professional experience in pre-litigation advice and, primarily, in the management of all kinds of judicial and arbitration proceedings in all areas of civil and commercial law. He has previously served as a trial solicitor in the international Firms Clifford Chance (trial solicitor in the Department of Litigation & Dispute Resolution) and Albiñana & Suarez de Lezo (trial solicitor in the Department of Procedural Law) as well as in the Danish company, Vestas Mediterranean A/S, a company in charge of the Mediterranean, Middle East and Latin America area within the multinational Danish Vestas Group, a world leader in research, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of wind turbines.

He has conducted judicial procedures of all types (declaratory, execution) and at all levels (first instance, appeal and cassation) as well as national and international, institutional and ad hoc, arbitration proceedings relating to all types of subjects and matters of civil and commercial law, including, among others, actions regarding contract, tort, company law (liability of company directors, challenging corporate agreements, etc.), unfair competition, advertising, actions on intellectual property, domain recovery and declarative actions, actions relating to compensation for eviction and for hidden defects, actions concerning construction or building, actions related to distribution and agency contracts, actions relating to leases, consumers, insurance, actions regarding insolvency matters and actions relating to rights to honour and reputation as well as hereditary actions.
